Vibratory Screen De-Stoner & Classifier
A heavy-duty mechanical separator that uses reciprocating vibratory motion and multi-layered sieves to grade raw grain by physical dimensions and to separate high-density impurities — stones, clods, and mud balls — from the grain stream. Positioned at the head of the line, it protects every downstream machine from abrasive damage and delivers a clean, uniformly-sized feed.
